In her role as an Executive Member and Corporate Office Manager at NY Income Tax Specialist Inc, Caroline brings to the table invaluable experience and expertise. She adeptly manages a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing a simple onboarding processing and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for IRS and state agency interactions, she navigates complex regulatory requirements and compliance matters, for both entity setups, tax resolution cases, and financial/wage audits. In her role as office manager, she also manages corporate accounts receivables and payables. As the direct mentee of the founder, Caroline has now branched out as an intricate part of all the subsidiary companies of NY Income Tax Specialist’s founder, Damaris Perez.
